Our jobs are something that we all consider to be essential. Some of us hold them precious too and really love what we do, while for some of us, a job is merely a way to ensure that we still get to have food on the table. If people have performed well, it is your responsibility as their superior to ensure that they get the necessary monetary motivation. The minute you break your promises when it comes to money, your subordinates are going to lose their trust in you.

This type of motivation is required for those employees who have been in the company for some time. As they perform their work, they are going to require the due recognition for their hard work. There are many ways that you can give recognition to your subordinates.
